Get in early and make a booking for you and your special someone for our Valentines set menu on the 14th Feb!

It will for sure be a busy night at Yulli’s so sittings are limited to around an hour and a half 🙂

 

Yulli’s Valentine’s Menu

$65 per person


ON ARRIVAL

Norman Australian Ale or Angullong Sparkling or Cold-pressed watermelon, pineapple and orange juice

TO START

Mini Vietnamese crepe

w chilli radish, crispy tofu skin, king mushroom, fresh herbs and blood plum sauce

and

Zucchini flower (GF)

filled with a beetroot & truffle cream, served with wasabi mayo & an apple and walnut salad

and

Rice paper rolls (GF)

filled with mustard leaves, lemongrass marinated palm hearts, roasted peanuts, chilli, fresh herbs and coconut jam

and

Pumpkin, leek and sage tartlets (GF option available in seaweed)

CHOICE OF MAIN

Dolmades

stuffed w purple rice, Korean chilli and dill, served on broad beans, sautéed cabbage & salsa verde

or

Miso baked eggplant (GF option available)

served on wild rice salad, w sweet potato crisps & rice vinegar dressing

or

Roast capsicum (GF)

stuffed with feta, almond silvers, sultanas and shallots, finished with a semi-dried tomato salsa & watercress

or

Bakes cauliflower and asparagus tips (GF)

served on sweet potato puree and finished w pistachio crumb

DESSERT PLATTER

Beetroot sponge cake w chocolate and cashew mousse, meringue shards and grapefruit glaze (GF)

Please note, all dishes are vegan friendly EXCEPT for the Roast Capsicum
