An old friend plays some tunes

This Sunday, fresh from many years of touring with Jersey Boys, a great friend of Yulli’s Glen Moorehouse will be pulling up a window seat bustin some tunes. He’ll be playing a mix of originals and covers from about 2pm.

Sunday sessions with Gareth Jay

Come down on Sunday afternoon to listen to Gareth Jay sing away the afternoon. From 2pm ’til 5pm he’ll be making some sweet tunes.

Sunday Songwriter Sessions and Panang Curry

Siri, our head chef, is cracking out her highly sought after Panang Curry (Vegan/GF) as this week’s special so with Bec on the mic and Siri in the kitchen it should be a bit of sensory intensity this Sunday.

Free Event – One Drum Screening Wed 3rd July

Harley wil be screening his film One Drum this Wednesday 3rd July in the Screening Room and performing the accompanying soundtrack live! The screening will begin at 8pm and we’ll open the doors at 6pm – if you want to book a table, email info@yullis.com.au or call 93196609.

Bones Martin Playing Live Sunday 23rd June

Between sipping on strong flat white’s and making documentaries, Bones is going to slip in and play a set thus Sunday arvo from 2pm. Come snuggle in to some tucker, a drink and Bones’s gravelly sounds this rainy weekend.

The Long weekend

We will be open each day of the long weekend from 11:30am (including the Monday public holiday) until late. Jamie Macdowell will be playing some tunes on Sunday from 2pm.

Stephanie Grace strummin away this Sunday

Stephanie Grace and her guitar will be lazing Sunday away with her mix of originals and covers this Sunday 2nd June from 2pm-5pm in the main seating area downstairs at Yulli’s.

Crown St Crawl 24th March

Next Sunday is the Crown St Crawl which is a bit of a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Brigade Surry Hills. There will be of lots events going on and we’ll be hosting ten-pin bowling on the astro turf, facepainting for the kids, a splash of live art with local painter Dom Byrne and of course a few live tunes with different Surry Hills favs. For more info, check out http://www.urbanwalkabout.com/crownstcrawl

Driffs Final Show

Driffs will play their last show for the month in Yulli’s Screening Room this Thursday night – there’s been a bit of buzz about it so get in early because it will definitely fill up! Doors open 6pm and the boys will go on at about 7:30.
