Over SCBW, Yulli’s Brews will be collaborating with some legends of the craft beer community including Willie the Boatman, Happy Goblin, HopDog BeerWorks and Ekim Brewing with all brand new brews. Each brew will be designed specifically to match a course off the Yulli’s Surry Hills banquet menu. These special collaboration brews will be available on tap all week at Yulli’s Surry Hills to have on their own or matched with the Yulli’s Banquet Menu.  The following menu is available from October 21-30 for groups of 4 or more. (2 and 3 person version is also available, just a little bit different). Give us a call on 93196609 to book.

Steamed leek and ginger dumplings

Korean broccolini w sticky sour chilli sauce, toasted coconut, crushed almonds

Course 2
San choy bow

Salt and pepper tofu w green papaya salad

 

Beer Match: Smoked salted shiitake mushroom and seaweed stout by Hopdog Beerworks

 

Course 3

 

Chargrilled eggplant bar pizza w chilli broccolini, coriander and pine nut pesto and marinated ricotta

Corn and cannellini bean enchiladas w smashed peas, jalapenos, rocket, sour cream and spiced tomato salsa

Baby cos salad w radicchio, roast pecan, shaved radish and vinaigrette

Dessert

 

Polenta cake w pandan custard, topped w strawberry and rhubarb

Chocolate and avocado mousse w coffee granita and biscuit crumble

Sticky date and banana pudding w salted caramel sauce
